RDML Selections

RDML Selections

Postby Schlag » Tue Apr 01, 2014 2:19 pm

Got this by eavesdropping on Sailor Bob; these are the pending nominations in the Senate for RDML. Expect more word to follow, particularly current assignments (which will make it easier to determine who from the IDC made it) but I believe from the 1810 Community, it looks like CAPT Parode will be this year's RDML from the community.

I think, but don't know for sure that CAPT Squire is a FAO selection and CAPT Galluadet is a METOC selection. Unsure beyond that - anything other information would be appreciated.

After some Google-fu; appears that CAPT Creighton is an IP selection. Not finding any love for 1830, but maybe my Google skills are failing me...

There were no Intel (1830) picks this year, but that was on purpose. Navy still picks to IDC communities, and there were no requirements for Intel RDMLs. There are 5 (Kholer, Hoppa, Loveless, Heimbigner and Sharp).

They become IDC Flags when they are promoted, but still compete for that first star from within their community.

Didn't know Intel had that many 1 stars.

...curious to see how 2 star picks work out for us. Wonder when that will come out...
