1810 board statistics:
Target Opportunity: 90%
In Zone: 67
Selected: 60 (49 IZ / 10 AZ / 1 BZ)
In Zone Opportunity: 73%

Comparison to other IWC communities:
Oceano: 77% IZ selection (3 of 23 total selects AZ)
IP: 67.5% IZ selection (11 of 40 total selects AZ)
CW: 73% IZ selection (10 of 67 total selects AZ)
Intel: 55% IZ selection (12 of 65 total selects AZ)

Of the 60 Selects:
60/60 IWCO (Warfare Qual) Complete
57/60 completed a tactical tour (8/57 were lat-transfers in first CW/1810 assignment, with multiple tactical assignments in old designator)
33/60 have earned a Master's degree (24/33 STEM Masters)
15/60 completed JPME Phase 1
17/60 have completed a Cyber tour
23/60 have completed an EW tour
10/60 have completed an IA/GSA
3/60 have acquisition experience

I think the most interesting part of the statistics that PERS pushed in the email to the community was the narrative preceding the stats. Other than IWCO qual and some tactical experience (not shocking), there are no smoking guns.

Minor correction to the stats that were provided.

The target opportunity at the time of the board was 85% as provided on the board stats available online: http://www.public.navy.mil/bupers-npc/b ... 0STATS.pdf.

At the time the board convened there were 70 officers eligible with 60 total selects that gives an 85.7% target opportunity, there are currently on 67 officer between the Junior and Senior Eligible...amazing the difference of not accounting 3 individuals does to the opportunity.
