Someone forgot to tell them we are Cryptologic Warfare...

Interesting that these results beat the O7 results... let the conspiracies fly!

Also, E9 results are out at command level today. Message should be released tomorrow.

Although the two are really not related in any way...

Board met months before. Much smaller select list to review. Wonder why the hold up?

Not a conspiracy as to why the O6s trumped the O7s in the process, but rather into what is taking the flag results so long.

I blame fat Leonard... I am sure it somehow goes back to him...

You know you've been running around as a 1 of 1 for a while when you only recognize one name on the selection list...

Nah, when people notice that selection 0007 is not listed is when you let Charlie the Conspiracy Canary really spread his wings.

Not too hard these days to uncover the few potential names to fill that void...

Numbers 4 and 5 are missing from the IP list as well.

Maybe a more interesting question to consider is the message sent to the community when only 1 of 4 eligible COs is selected???

Going to a big staff with many IWC members to improve hard breakout a better career move than taking Command?

Is this a failure in Convening Order language where we should better articulate the importance and selectivity of Command?

I briefly glanced at the first few selectees to see if they'd done DIWC jobs. I haven't finished looking through the list, but so far I'm not seeing anything encouraging.

That's a very interesting point about the comparison between being a CO (which I thought would be key) versus getting a breakout at a large NIOC/NSA site.
