Admininistrators
Admins are the most powerful users. They have the power to change any setting on the board. This includes making forums, deleting forums, editing usergroup permissions, editing all threads and posts, editing user accounts, installing and removing add on programs, and can modify the underlying database structure. They can also give infractions and ban users should they post objectionable content. You will recognize them by this graphic:

Super Moderators are next in the hierarcy. They can edit all threads and posts in all threads and forums. They can also edit some elements of user accounts. They can also give infractions and ban users should they post objectionable content. You will recognize them by this graphic:
